Magimondo Trailer - 3D Low Poly Animation

"Magimondo" is a low-poly 3D animation I did for the 3D III course exam for L.A.B.A. University, Florence.
You can watch it at this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Mun4_o3uwk

The goal was to create an animation that had to end with the words : "because its invincible!" ( or any declension of subject, verb... )
I created "Magimondo" as a trailer for a kids themepark.
Modeling and animation was done in Blender, while editing in After Effects and Premiere.

What I did:
Concept of Magimondo's world. Choosing style, colors and looks.
Doing the storyboard for a short trailer, by sketching rough images of the scenes.
3D Modeling.
Animation. No rigging at all, just move-rotate-scale.
Video editing all rendered scenes in After Effects and Premiere.

The first rendered scene had a very different lighting setting, more realistic. But it took too much time to render, so I opted for a different solution.

Some of the objects. Have no idea why I did a trampoline. Style inspiration for modeling came from Pigart's works -> blendswap.com/user/PIGART
